A fun, beginner-friendly class for little movers! Kids develop coordination, balance, and basic tumbling skills in a safe, playful environment. Once weekly classes.
Class Time: 1 hour weekly
This class is for kids starting their tumbling journey. Students learn foundational skills such as rolls, cartwheels, bridges, handstands, and introductory acrobatics, building strength and confidence.
Class Time: 1 hour weekly
Designed for experienced tumblers ready to take skills to the next level. Students work on multiple flips, aerials, advanced combinations, and performance-level tumbling. Prepares athletes for All-Star programs.
Class Time: 1.5 hours weekly
For students who have mastered the basics, this class focuses on progressions like round-offs, handsprings, and basic flips. Emphasis is on proper technique, body control, and safe skill advancement.

Take your dance to the next level with acrobatic tumbling! This class teaches dancers how to safely execute flips, handsprings, and aerials while enhancing flexibility, strength, and body control. Perfect for dancers looking to add dynamic acrobatics to routines and performances.

Please note: Tumbling instruction is included for athletes enrolled in All-Star and Prep Cheerleading programs.
